Prior to dropping my car off, I received a call from Bavarian asking if it was ok for my car to be cleaned during the service. I accepted as with any prior servicing it is to be expected. Not only was my car car handed back dirty but approx 1hr late

I had booked 90min waiting 'Fast Track' service. The service coordinator did not seem to be familiar with the offer, said it would take 120mins, and it ended up taking 165 mins.

Although I urgently needed to leave due to a critical meeting at 5:30, I was told the carwash was not done and my key could not be found. However, my dashcam footage later revealed the vehicle remained parked in the rear lot from 2pm, UNTOUCHED!
