It would be a five in every aspect, Anna was amazing and th eonly reason I deducted a star was the car was not very well cleaned before handover in particular the windows and mirrors appear to have been cleaned with a dirty cloth.

Baverian where very good, however replacing a very expensive part rather than trying to fix it is not diagosing the problem. Especially when that part cost over £3000 . This is disappointing from bmw.

At present I am dissatisfied with the service of BMW. I purchased a new vehicle in dec of 2022. The vehicle had a recall on it and has been in Bavarian voucher since 9th feb with no update as to when it will be fixed.

I think that charging for Bavarian to connect a car to a diagnostic system is extremely poor. I don't see that such a requirement is needed for trained technicians to know that shock absorbers have failed.

Nial has always been friendly and professional. I also dealt with Karen Larmour for the finance. She was very professional and explained everything clearly. Karen also helped out with some additional info via email which was really appreciated
